What we collect
- Name, delivery address, billing address, email address and phone number when you place an order.
- Order history, including what you bought, when and how you paid.
- Messages you send us through the contact form, by email or by phone.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies.
We do not store full card numbers. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, who processes the details on their own secure systems.

Who we share it with
We share only what is needed, with delivery carriers, our payment provider, our accountants, and IT suppliers who host this website. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax law requires. Enquiry correspondence is kept for two years. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent, plus one year.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we no longer need it, object to processing based on legitimate interests, ask us to restrict processing while a dispute is resolved, and request your data in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it, and accounts are protected by individual credentials. No system is completely secure, so we also keep the data we hold to the minimum needed to run your order.

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting existing customers will also be emailed.
